I reached out to tech support with what I thought was a straightforward wiring question, but the help I got felt really limited. The replies were short and didn’t fully answer what I was asking, so I ended up repeating myself and waiting around longer than expected. What bothered me most wasn’t just the delay, but the feeling that they were trying to move me along instead of actually helping me solve the issue. After buying from them, I expected the support to feel like part of the product experience, and this made me rethink how much that matters.

I’m particular about getting clear answers before I order anything, so I had a few questions upfront. They got back to me quickly, and the replies actually felt like someone had read what I asked instead of sending a generic response.
After I placed the order, they kept me updated without me having to follow up, which I really appreciate. For me, that kind of communication is the standard I hope for, and the whole experience was simple and smooth.

I was expecting more options, but the selection felt limited for what I needed. It kind of gave me the impression they’re more focused on pushing what makes them money than actually offering a good range of choices.

The warranty process went smoothly overall. The replacement showed up fast, which I appreciated. The original issue did feel like something that could’ve been preventable, but at least getting it handled wasn’t a hassle.

I ordered a few LED street lights from ledlightstreet.com, and they’ve been a good buy for the price. They feel sturdy, put out plenty of light, and are doing the job without any issues so far. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it arrived in a reasonable time. For what I needed, reliable lights without spending too much, I’m happy with them and would order again if the pricing stays the same...

I used these for a little setup at home and for the most part everything looked about like I expected. Packaging was fine, nothing seemed damaged, and the lights were easy enough to get going. After using them a bit and comparing them more closely, I did notice one of the lights seemed slightly dimmer than what the specs listed. Not a huge deal for me, but worth double-checking the details if that matters to you.

The site does work, and I can tell there’s probably a good amount of useful stuff on there. But it felt cluttered while I was trying to find what I needed. The filters didn’t narrow things down much, and a few pages loaded slower than I expected. After clicking around for a while, I ended up getting frustrated and gave up. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be easier to navigate

The box arrived crushed and partly open, which was frustrating. The lights were still inside, but the packaging looked really beat up. I’m tired of having to deal with stuff like this when ordering online, I expected it to show up in better shape.

The lights do the job and they’re bright enough for my driveway, so I can’t really complain too much there. That said, the casing feels cheaper than I expected, and one of the brackets showed up a little bent. It was still usable, but it kind of made me wonder if they were trying to keep costs down more than they let on. Overall, they’re okay for the price, just not something I’d call high quality.

I reached out and still haven’t gotten any kind of reply. it’s disappointing, and at this point I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them.

These are seriously bright at night and made a big difference right away. I don’t really have those annoying dark spots anymore, which is exactly what I needed. Definitely worth checking out if your current lights feel too dim.

It got here sooner than I thought it would, I think. Overall, the shipping was fast.

I had to send back a light because it just wasn’t the right fit for my space. The refund did eventually come through, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once, which felt like it probably would’ve sat there otherwise. Not a horrible experience, just not as smooth as it should’ve been

I bought a few of these LED street lights thinking my power bill was about to magically drop like a rock, but nope. The energy use isn’t that much better than my old lights, and my bills barely changed at all. I was genuinely so disappointed because I really thought this was going to be a big upgrade and save me a bunch of money.

I ordered a few LED fixtures from LED Light Street, and while the shipping was perfectly fine, the fixtures that showed up were not the wattage I actually picked. Always a nice little surprise when you open a box and realize you now get to spend extra time dealing with returns. Customer service did respond, eventually, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I’d recommend checking everything the moment it arrives, because apparently that’s on us now.

I’ve had these lights up for a while now and they’re still doing their job. No flickering or weird dimming, and they even made it through some rough weather, which I wasn’t fully expecting. I was mainly hoping they wouldn’t quit after a few uses, and so far they haven’t. Happy with them overall, though I guess I’m still waiting for something to go wrong
